What is First Coast at Home?

Our First Coast at Home meals are prepared in a ‘finish at home’ style, with each dish coming with simple cooking/heating instructions. Meals can be kept in the fridge and enjoyed within 48 hours from delivery.

How far in advance can I order?

We release our At Home menus & open online orders a week in advance of the delivery/collection dates. The best way not to miss out is to sign up to our mailing list.

How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed online via our website. We cannot take orders or payment for our at home meals over the phone.

Do you accommodate food allergies?

Sadly we are unable to modify the menu or cater for dietary requirements.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

After placing an order, you will receive a single confirmation e-mail containing all the details of your purchase. If you cannot find your conformation email please check your spam folder, or get in touch.

Please make sure to double-check your order & shipping details. We can make adjustments up to 3 days before the delivery date. If, for example, your delivery is scheduled on Friday, you will have until Tuesday to tell us you want to amend the shipping.

Deliveries

Currently we deliver to postcodes EH1-EH30. Anyone who lives outside of this area is welcome to collect. Shipping is £3 at checkout. The minimum order amount for home delivery is £40.

Deliveries take place between 9am – 5pm on your chosen delivery date. We do not have delivery time slots, if there is a chance you might not be at home to accept your delivery, please leave special instructions for our driver.

Collections

Collections take place from the restaurant between 11am – 5pm on your chosen date. We do not have specific time slots, you can collect your order at any point during the collection window. Please have your order number ready.

Where can I find the cooking instructions?

The cooking instructions will arrive with your order, and you can always find a copy on our website together with the allergens table.

Can I use a gift voucher to buy a First Coast at Home meal?

Yes, our restaurant vouchers can be used to purchase one of our At Home meals. Please email us at [email protected]  with your voucher number and your order request.
